Fire Prevention and Fire Extinguisher Training

This course is designed to help employees act safely in the event of a fire emergency. This training will provide a basic understanding of how to properly use a fire extinguisher and prevent a fire from spreading. In addition, students will define different classes of fires and fire extinguishers, review flammable and combustible materials, learn how to properly store flammable and combustible materials, how to inspect fire extinguishers, and define and perform the PASS System. Upon completion, students will receive a certificate. All materials are included. Minimum student contact hours: 6
