According to the National Safety Council’s Injury Facts, in 2023, the United States experienced hundreds of thousands of unintentional injury deaths and tens of millions of injuries requiring medical attention. In the same year, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported over five thousand fatalities and nearly one hundred and forty thousand injuries in the workplace.

Dave’s simple coaching system offers a powerful solution to these troubling statistics by equipping your employees to become champions of safety. Through his practical and proven approach, organizations can significantly reduce the risk of injuries and fatalities, lower associated costs, and maintain compliance with safety regulations—all while fostering a proactive safety culture in the workplace.

Safety Professional

Dave Madaras brings over 35 years of experience in safety management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST).  With many years as a Corporate Safety Director, experience as a Risk Management Consultant, and a background as a U.S. Marine and high school football coach, Dave brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the field of safety.

Football Coach

Dave coached football for two decades, starting with youth teams of 7- and 8-year-olds and finishing as a varsity high school coach. In his final season in 2019, his team achieved a remarkable win, taking the WCAC Conference Championship and finishing the year ranked #11 in the nation. For Dave, one of the most rewarding parts of coaching was watching his players grow through the season, proudly seeing them showcase all they had learned by season’s end.
