How to teach virtually – Preparation for the Safety Professional

You as a safety professional have been given the opportunity to reach a broader audience through Virtual (live online learning).

This delivery method has many challenges and we can help you get started with VILT or improve on your current program.

• How will I meet the needs of my audience?
• What platform do I use?
• How can I ensure participation, documentation, structured learning?
• HOW DO I UNMUTE MYSELF?

This one day Train The Trainer course will walk you through proven methods to make virtual learning not only manageable, but an effective training tool.

This training is ideal for: Safety Directors, Consultants, and Outreach trainers that have been approved by OSHA to present through a virtual instructor led program.

Course includes: Electronic trainer materials

Course time: 8:00 am – 3: 30 pm Eastern Standard Time

6.5 Contact Hours

Student requirements for Virtual Instructor-Led Training include, but are not limited to:

• Register at least one week in advance
• Live video attendance
• A desktop or laptop computer with keyboard, audio and video capability (Chromebooks, smart phones and tablets are not compatible).
• Internet Connection
